About Me

Hello there, I’m glad you made it to my little corner of the internet. I'm Lindsey Dortch a Full Stack Software Engineer and Website Designer and I started Alors Creative during learning to code so I could help clients UNLEASH THEIR DIGITAL POTENTIAL. I started my journey into web development in January of 2020, after working in marketing for a company where the website was always breaking. I was constantly saying, “I don’t understand, how hard can it be to fix a website?” Well it turns out, very hard! I started learning how to code and I immediately fell in love with it. I started with a free course through the Institute of Code and then enrolled a couple weeks later into Skillcrush’s Break Into Tech Package. In March of 2021, I enrolled in General Assembly's Software Engineering Flex Program and since graduating have worked with some pretty cool companies.
